Paul is the CEO of Capital3 Pty Ltd and has quickly built the business from start up to group turnover of over $5million and over $500million in funds under advice.  The business was recently placed on the BRW Fast 100 (the fastest growing companies in Australia) for 2008.

Paul works in a subsidiary of Capital3 as a financial advisor and authorised representative of RetireInvest.

Paul has extensive experience in management and specializes in finance and business strategy.  Paul graduated form the Royal Australian Naval College in 1989 and served as an officer in Submarines until 1994 where he mastered the art of strategic thinking and decision making under pressure.  Following his time in the Navy, Paul worked in both industry and Government in senior accounting, finance an IT roles managing large scale programs of up to $20million.

Paul’s board experience (outside Capital3) includes roles as Chairman of a medical services firm and as a director of a disability services organisation in the Not for Profit sector.
